PAGE I PAGE I 50型拖拉机驱动桥 The Drive Axle Design of 50 Tractor 学 院： 机械工程学院 专 业 班 级： 学 号： 学 生 姓 名： 指 导 教 师： 2016年6月 摘 要 在拖拉机传动系统中，驱动桥是直接引导驱动车轮转动从而驱使拖拉机前进的重要部件。它接受从发动机经过离合器和变速器传递的动力，然后传递给车轮带动拖拉机前进或者后退。所以驱动桥是拖拉机上必不可少的重要部件。 驱动桥由驱动桥壳、主减速器、差速器、半轴组成。驱动桥是汽车的重大总成,承载着汽车的满载以及地面经车轮、车架及车身经悬架给予的竖直力、纵向力、横向力及其相关力矩，还包括冲击载荷;驱动桥还传递着传动系中的最大转矩，桥壳还承受着反作用力矩，拖拉机驱动桥结构形式和设计参数除对拖拉机的可靠性与耐久性有重要的影响。 本次设计经过查阅书籍和资料决定应用了大多数的拖拉机都采用的对称锥齿轮差速器来进行传动，并对差速器和减速器的齿轮参数进行计算，然后对传动的整体进行考量最后应用了CAXA和CAD等绘图软件进行设计图纸的绘制。并对主减速器的主从动齿轮和典型传动件比如半轴等进行强度校核。完成装配图，零件图的绘制，对50型拖拉机的驱动桥整体设计提出笔者个人的一些见解。 关键词：拖拉机 ；CAD；驱动桥；差速器；减速器 Abstract In tractor transmission system, drive axle is direct driving wheel rotation to drive the tractor forward important components. It receives from the engine through the clutch and gearbox transmission power, and then transmitted to the wheels to drive the tractor forward or backward. So the drive axle are the indispensable important part in the tractor. Drive axle by the drive axle housing, main reducer, differential and half shaft. Significant drive axle is car assembly, bearing the weight of the load of vehicles, and the ground by the wheel, chassis and body by the suspension of the vertical force, vertical force and horizontal force and its related moment, also includes the impact load; Maximum torque of drive axle also pass the drive train, bridge shell under reaction moment, tractor drive axle structure and design parameters in addition to have important influence on the reliability and durability of the tractor. After consult books and materials to the design application of symmetry bevel gear differential applied by most of the tractor to drive, and differential and reducer gear parameters are calculated, and then to drive the overall consideration of the application of CAXA and CAD drawing software to carry on the design drawings, drawing, etc. And master-slave motion of main reducer gear and transmission parts such as the typical half shaft and strength check.
