基于杜邦分析法的美的集团盈利能力研究 摘 要：现阶段家电行业面临高端化、国际化和智能化三大机遇，家电行业总体处于成熟 期，部分小家电处于成长期，细分需求市场呈爆炸式增长，呈现多元化趋势，如何在激烈 的市场竞争中脱颖而出，提高盈利能力是关键。美的集团是家电行业的龙头企业，本文基 于案例分析法，通过解读美的集团行业地位、主营业务、核心竞争力，基于杜邦分析法对 财务指标进行分析，总结美的集团盈利能力存在的问题包括主营业务利润率较低，费用管 控能力较为一般，海外市场拓展汇率波动增加财务成本，最后提出相关建议包括聚焦主营 业务，提高盈利质量；降本增效，落实精益生产；充分利用金融工具减少汇率波动导致的 汇兑损失风险，对促进企业盈利能力质量提升和降本增效有着重要的理论和现实意义。 关键词：美的集团；盈利能力；杜邦分析法 I ResearchonMideaGroupsProfitabilityBasedonDuPontAnalysis Abstract At this stage, the home appliance industry is facing three major opportunities of ： high-end, internationalization and intelligence. The home appliance industry is generally in a mature stage, and some small home appliances are in a growth stage. The segmented demand market is exploding and showing a trend of diversification. Standing out from the competition and improving profitability is the key. Midea Group is a leading enterprise in the home appliance industry. Based on the case analysis method, this article deeply analyzes Midea Groups operating income, profits, expenses and financial indicators based on DuPont analysis by interpreting Midea Groups industry status, main business, and core competitiveness. Analyzingand summarizingtheproblemsexistingin theprofitability ofMideaGroup,including the low profit margin ofthemain business,therelatively general cost control ability,the foreign exchange rate fluctuations and the increase in financial costs in the expansion of overseas markets, and finally put forward relevant suggestions, including focusing on the main business, improving the quality of profitability; reducing costs Increase efficiency and implement lean production; make full use of financial tools to reduce the risk of exchange loss caused by exchange rate fluctuations, which have important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the improvement of corporate profitability and quality, cost reduction and efficiency increase.
