According to the basic principle and analytical methods of economy, the contents include comprehensively and systematically studying on the development, current situation and future of world s economy： opening out inherent contradiction and regularity of world economy, using political economic science and western economic science world outlook and methodology to explore the developmental characteristics of economy in difTerenl countries around ihe world and analyzing the major issues of world economy. This course is a basic course for students majoring in economics . The course aims to give students a comprehensive, complete and objective outlook of modern international relations and basic principles, form the basic theories frame of learning world economy, lay the foundation of theory, knowledge and basic data for international economic issues learning, stimulate students* interest in learning the theory and knowledge of world economy.
