PAGE 8 题　　目：农村电子商务物流系统现状及其对策分析 摘要 　　“互联网＋”经济迅速发展，电商发展势不可挡。现阶段，我国城市地区物流行业发展快速，但乡镇、农村地区发展较为缓慢，甚至陷入停滞状态。城市、农村地区差距逐渐扩大。通过对现阶段我国大部分农村地区的电子商务物流发展状况的分析，及城市、农村地区电子商务物流发展现状的类比、对比，发现我国农村地区电子商务及其物流存在诸多不合理的地方，如：基础设施落后，配送系统信息不完善，经营难度大，发展速度缓慢，缺乏专业技术人才，物流针对政策空白等。针对目前存在的诸多问题，提出如下些许建议：加强农村地区基础设施建设，完善物流配送体系，加强监管，加强人才培养，发展当地特色物流优惠针对政策等。我国电子商务物流不断发展，在未来会面临众多的机遇和前所未有的挑战。产业创新、供应链模式发展，会给物流行业带来新的机遇；物流企业恶性竞争、农村地区留不住人才等众多问题依旧严峻。关键词：农村，电子商务物流，基础设施，人才，挑战 　　Analysis on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Rural E-commerce Logistics System 　　With the rapid economic development in the internet plus, the growth of e-commerce can not be blocked. At present, the logistics industry in urban areas of China is developing rapidly, while in villages and towns is relatively slow and even stagnated. By analyzing the nowadays development status of e-commerce logistics in rural areas of China and comparing the development status in urban and rural areas, it is found that there are many unreasonable places, such as backward infrastructure, imperfect distribution system information, difficult operation, slow development, lack of professional and technical personnel, and blank logistics policy and so on. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions: building up infrastructure construction in rural areas, perfecting logistics distribution system, strengthening supervision, strengthening personnel training, developing preferential policies for local characteristic logistics, etc. With the continuous development of e-commerce logistics in China, there will be many opportunities and unprecedented challenges in the future.
