游梁式抽油机免维护轴承寿命试验装置设计

摘 要
游梁式抽油机是当下油田使用最多的设备,但是由于现场工作环境恶劣,风沙,雨水等的侵蚀,易导致抽油机运行效率变差,维修周期增加,维修费用增加,同时也对生产率及设备安全使用寿命产生重大影响,因此对现有抽油机进行结构改进,或者部分构件升级是非常有必要的,免维护轴承的开发就是其中一种重要的方法。
免维护轴承可以实现从开始投入使用到轴承彻底失效无需定期维护,其升级后的结构,使主机设备质量得到了极大提升,解决了维护周期多、抽油机利用率低的问题。但是,并不能从其结构上就读出免维护轴承的使用寿命,所以免维护轴承寿命试验装置的研发便是理所当然的。
本文旨在开发一台能够测试现有国产抽油机使用轴承的寿命试验台,通过模拟高速和重载等要求,监测轴承震动,疲劳剥落等具体参数,根据加速寿命理论推测出轴承寿命。

Abstract
Beam pumping unit is the most widely used equipment in the oilfield. However, due to the bad working environment and the erosion of wind, sand and rain, it is easy to lead to poor operation efficiency, increase of maintenance cycle and maintenance cost. At the same time, it also has a significant impact on the productivity and safe service life of the equipment. Therefore, the structure of the existing pumping unit is improved, Or part of the component upgrade is very necessary, maintenance free bearing development is one of the important methods.
The maintenance free bearing can be used from the beginning to the bearing failure without regular maintenance. The upgraded structure greatly improves the quality of the main equipment and solves the problems of many maintenance cycles and low utilization rate of the pumping unit. the service life of maintenance free bearing can not be read out from its structure, so the development of maintenance free bearing life test device is natural.
The purpose of this paper is to develop a test-bed which can test the bearing life of domestic pumping units. By simulating the requirements of high speed and heavy load, the bearing vibration, fatigue spalling and other specific parameters are monitored, and the bearing life is inferred according to the accelerated life theory.
