PAGE PAGE 11 CAD/CAM基础 一、课程介绍 《CAD/CAM基础》是材料成形及控制工程专业的学科基础选修课。课程系统讲述了材料加工领域CAD/CAM的基础知识。计算机辅助设计(CAD)、计算机辅助工程(CAE)、计算机辅助制造(CAM)是先进材料加工技术的重要组成部分。本课程以材料加工CAD技术、CAE技术、CAM技术以及这些技术的具体应用为主线,重点讲述材料加工CAD、CAE、CAM技术的基本概念、原理和方法,包括计算机辅助设计的三维造型技术、信息交换技术,计算机辅助工程的数学建模技术、数值分析技术,计算机辅助制造的数控加工工艺、数控编程、数控机床等。紧密结合材料加工学科的实际特点,重点阐述了材料加工CAD/CAE/CAM技术在材料液态成型、塑性成形、连接成形、注射成型和快速原型制造领域的具体应用;最后以Pro/E、DynaForm、Ansys以及Mastercam等系统为例,介绍了目前材料加工领域主流的CAD/CAE/CAM系统。 本课程教学包括理论教学20学时,实验4学时,期末以开卷考试形式结课。 Introduction “CAD/CAM Foundation” is an elective course which is based on the material forming and control engineering discipline. The course included foundation system about the basic knowledge of CAD/CAM material processing field. Computer aided design (CAD), computer aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) are important parts of advanced materials processing technology. This course focuses on material processing CAD, CAE and CAM technologies and these applications in materials processing as the main line, and focus on the basic concept, principle and method of CAD/CAE/CAM technologies of material processing including computer aided design of 3D modeling technology and information exchange technology, mathematical modeling and numerical analysis technology of computer aided engineering technology, nc machining technology, nc programming technology and nc machine tools of computer-aided manufacturing. This course closely combining the actual characteristics of material processing focuses on the specific applications of material processing CAD/CAE/CAM technology in the fields of liquid forming plastic forming, connection forming, injection molding and rapid prototyping. Finally, taking Pro/E, DynaForm, Ansys and Mastercam systems as examples, this course introduces the CAD/CAE/CAM system which is the mainstream in the material processing field at present.
