PAG PAGE 8 材料力学性能(双语) 一、课程介绍 《材料力学性能》是材料科学与工程专业(金属材料工程模块)本科生一门学科基础限选课程。学习该门课程的目的在于能够从机器零件或构件最常见的服役条件和失效现象出发,了解金属材料失效现象的微观机理;提出衡量金属材料失效抗力的力学性能指标;掌握各种力学性能指标的物理概念、实用意义利测试方法;明确各种力学性能指标之间的相互关系;分析材料各种内在因素和外在服役条件对性能指标的影响,为在机械设计和制造过程中正确选择和合理使用金属材料提供依据,为研制新材料、改进和开发冷热加工工艺、充分发挥材料性能潜力指明方向,并为机器零件或构件的失效分析提供一定基础。 本课程所讲述的内容有金属在单向静拉伸下的力学性能,金属在其它静加载下的力学性能,金属缺口试样的力学性能,金属的断裂韧性,金属的疲劳,金属在环境介质作用下的力学性能,金属磨损和接触疲劳,金属高温力学性能等共8章,教学部分共包含理论40学时,其中实验8学时,以期末考试形式结课。 Introduction The Course Mechanics of Materials is a compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in materials science. The purpose of studying this course is to understand the microscopic mechanism of metal material failure phenomenon from the most common service conditions and failure phenomena of machine parts or components; to propose the mechanical performance index to measure the failure resistance of metal materials; to master various mechanical performance indicators Physical concept, practical significance test method; clarify the relationship between various mechanical performance indicators; analyze the influence of various internal factors and external service conditions on performance indicators, for the correct selection and reasonable in the mechanical design and manufacturing process The use of metal materials provides a basis for developing new materials, improving and developing hot and cold processing processes, maximizing the potential of material properties, and providing a basis for failure analysis of machine parts or components. The content of this course is the mechanical properties of metal under one-way static stretching, the mechanical properties of metal under other static loading, the mechanical properties of metal notched specimens, the fracture toughness of metals, the fatigue of metals, and the environmental media in metals.
