PAGE PAGE 8 材料成形工艺与设备 一、课程简介 《材料成形工艺与设备》是材料成形及控制工程专业一门主要的学科基础课程，讨论金属材料成形方法中“液态成形”、“焊接成形”和“锻造成形”方法中的工艺内容及其原理和方法与设备。通过本课程的学习，使学生初步了解“液态成形”方法中“铸造工艺方案设计”、“浇注系统设计”和“补缩系统设计”，及造型、制芯设备等，能够实现对给定铸件的“铸造工艺”设计；焊接的本质及分类；氩弧焊、CO2气保焊及埋弧焊等典型电弧焊方法及设备；了解各种“焊接成形”方法及其对焊接质量的影响；了解“锻造成形”工艺中各种模具的设计要点及其依据和方法。冲裁模、弯曲模、拉深模、成形模设计及塑料成型、通用曲柄压力机、液压机、塑料挤出机、塑料注射成型机基本结构与工作原理。 Introduction This course “Material Forming Process and Equipment” is a compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in “Material Forming and Control Engineering”. The main contents of this course include the description of the principles, methods and equipment of material processing technologies, such as “Melting Forming”, “Welding Forming” and “Forging Forming”. Through the study of this course, students will get a preliminary understanding of the “Casting Process Design”, “Casting System Design and Feeding System Design in the processing method of “Melting Forming”, as well as modeling and core making equipment, etc., and help students able to design a “Casting Process” for a given casting. This course also contains knowledge of the nature and classification of welding, as well as introduction of typical arc welding methods and equipment such as argon arc welding, CO2 gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding. Through this part of learning, students can know about various methods of “Welding Forming” and their effects on welding quality.
