PAGE PAGE 9 材料试验优化设计 一、课程介绍 《材料试验优化设计》是材料成型及控制工程专业的学科基础选修课和材料科学与工程专业（金属材料工程模块）的专业选修课。通过本课程的讲授使学生基本掌握实验优化设计的基本知识：实验设计、实验分析、数据处理、回归设计，提高学生分析、解决问题能力，为学习专业课准备技术基础。 试验优化是对实物试验与非实物试验进行优化设计与分析的一种通用的现代技术，是现代优化理论的一个重要方面。本课程主要介绍试验优化的基本原理、常用方法以及国内外在科学研究、实际生产、系统设计等方面的实际应用，同时叙述试验优化方法在设计原理的完善与发展，主要设计参数的合理修正与精度分析、繁冗公式与复杂算法的实用简化以及新方法的原理与应用。通过这门课的学习，使学生熟悉并掌握几种最常用、最有效的试验设计方法的基本原理，并能够实际应用。 Introduction This course is the major elective course for the material forming and control engineering majors. The students could be able to master the basic knowledge of basic experimental design optimization by studying this course including experimental design, experimental analysis, data processing and regression design. The analyze problem and problem-solving skills of the students can be improved, and it can provide technical foundation for learning professional basic class. Optimal experiment design is a general modern technology and an important aspect of modern optimization theory, which is to optimize design and analysis the practicality and non- practicality experiments.This course mainly introduces the basic principle and the commonly used method of experimental optimization, and the application of the experimental optimization design in scientific research, production, system design, enterprise management and other aspects of practical application.In addition, the improvement and development of the design principle in the experiment optimization method, the reasonable correction and precision analysis of the main design parameters, the simplification of the complicated formulas and algorithms and the principle and application of the new methods were introduced in this course.
