PAGE PAGE 11 TRIZ创新思维理论及应用 一、课程介绍 1946年，苏联海军专利局审核员阿奇舒勒在分析研究了世界上大概50万个左右高水平专利的基础上，提出和创建了发明问题解决理论—TRIZ。TRIZ回答了发明问题解决的过程、支持工具等难题，被公认为世界级的创新方法，目前被绝大部分国际大公司所采用，如杜邦、通用电气、福特汽车、华为电子等。 我国的创新方法推广及创新教育工作起步较晚。2007年，由科技部、教育部、科协和发改委四部联合发起并推动了一系列创新方法推广工作。在我国高校中，已有清华大学、天津大学等50所高校开设了与TRIZ相关的创新课程。 本课程在讲授TRIZ理论的同时，加入了材料成型领域TRIZ理论的成功运用案例，是面向材料成型及控制工程专业本科生的一门学科基础选修课程。教学部分共包含理论22学时，实验课2学时，以期末考试、创新小组工作报告和实验报告形式结课。 Application and theory of TRIZ In 1946, the Soviet navys Patent Office auditor, Altshuler, analyzed and studied about half a million high level patents in the world, proposed and created the invention problem solving theory - TRIZ. TRIZ answered the process of problem solving, and also provided support tool, which has been recognized as a world-class innovation methods, has been currently used by most international companies, such as DuPont, GE, Ford Motor, HuaWei Electronics, and so on. Chinas innovation method promotion and innovation education started late. In 2007, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Association of Science and Technology and the Development and Reform commission jointly launched and promoted a series of innovative methods to promote the work. In our country, 50 universities, including Tsinghua university and Tianjin university, have offered innovative courses related to TRIZ. This course, while teaching TRIZ theory, also offered some successful application cases of TRIZ theory in the field of material forming. It is a technical application course for undergraduates majoring in material forming and control. The whole course will take 22 theoretical lessons，2 lab tutorials.
