PAGE PAGE 3 材料热力学（双语） 一、课程介绍 《材料热力学》是材料科学与工程专业（金属材料工程模块）一门学科基础选修课。热力学是研究物质能量及其转变规律的经典的普适性科学。材料热力学就是应用热力学的基本原理，分析说明材料中的各种热力学现象，是材料科学中重要的基础内容。该课程注重对材料类工科学生运用其所具备的热力学知识解决材料科学中核心问题的能力的培养。本课程旨在首先帮助学生巩固以往所学的热力学基础知识，其次引导学生把热力学原理和方法结合材料加以应用，培养学生理论联系实际分析问题以及解决问题的能力，为学生进一步学好其他专业课程以及以后从事材料科学研究打下理论基础。 本课程选用自编的材料热力学英文著作为教材，所讲述的内容有热力学基础、缺陷热力学、二组元热力学、扩散热力学、相平衡和相图及相变热力学等共7章，理论教学32学时，期末考核方式闭卷考试。 Introduction Thermodynamics of Materials is an optional course in the basic course of materials undergraduate specialty. Thermodynamics is a classical universal science for studying the energy of matter and its transformation law. Material thermodynamics is the application of the basic principles of thermodynamics, analysis and explanation of various thermodynamic phenomena in materials, is an important basic content of material science. This course focuses on the cultivation of the ability of material engineering students to solve the core problems in materials science by using their thermodynamic knowledge. The purpose of this course is to help students consolidate the basic knowledge of thermodynamics that they have learnt in the past. Secondly, to guide students to apply thermodynamics principles and methods to materials, to train students’ ability to analyze and solve problems by integrating theory with practice, and to lay a theoretical foundation for students to further learn other professional courses and engage in material science research in the future. This course covers seven chapters, including thermodynamic basis, defect thermodynamics, binary thermodynamics, diffusion thermodynamics, phase equilibrium and phase diagram, and phase transformation thermodynamics.
