PAGE PAGE 4 材料实验学 一、课程介绍 《材料实验学》是材料类本科专业学科基础必修课。其主要任务是配合《材料科学基础B》课程的理论学习,理论联系实际,从材料的研究与应用角度出发,阐明材料实验的基本理论、方法与过程,用以正确理解掌握材料的成分、加工工艺、组织结构与性能之间的关系。它是《材料科学基础B》课程的重要环节;其目的是加深学生对理论知识的理解,培养学生对金属组织的宏观分析的能力,掌握材料实验常规仪器的基本功能和操作方法。从实验过程中提高学生创新思维和解决问题的能力。使学生了解和掌握这些实验技能和方法,了解与掌握实验设备的基本功能和使用特点,以便在实际工作中自如运用,培养适应未来社会与科技发展、较强实践和创新能力的高级专门人才。 本课程所讲述的内容有金相显微分析、宏观分析、金属材料的组织观察及分析、材料的力学性能实验、金属材料及热处理实验、材料实验学在材料领域中的实际应用共6章。教学部分共包含理论4学时,实验16学时 。 Introduction ‘Material Experiment’ is compulsory for students majoring in materials. Material Experiment is meant to combine the theory of the course Foundations of Material Science with its practice and from the perspective of material research and application provides students with laboratory experimental principles, methods and processes in order to gain thorough understanding of material composition, processing techniques, and the relationship of material structures and physical properties. Materials experiment is an important part of the course Foundations of Material Science; its main objectives are to enhance students understanding of theory, develop their analysis skills of material macrostructure and mastery of the operation and function of material laboratory instruments. From experimental processes, students will improve innovative thinking and problem solving ability. Material Experiment enables students to understand and master the experimental techniques and methods, to be aware of and master the basic functions and the operations of the experimental instruments in order to apply them in work practices, and to develop into highly skilled experts who possess strong practical and innovative abilities and can adapt well to the future development of science and technology. This course consists 6 chapters, including metallographic microanalysis, macroscopic analysis, structure observation and analysis of metal materials, material mechanical property experiments, metallic materials and heat treatments ,and applications of material experim
