PO封端FMEE在皮革深层脱脂中的应用《皮革化工》2022年10期 王琛 上海喜赫精细化工有限公司，上海，201620 摘要：脱脂是制革或毛皮制造过程中一道极为关键的工序。脱脂不仅需要去除皮革表面的油脂，同时还要将胶原纤维内部皮脂腺中的油脂以及加工过程中沉积的脂肪酸金属皂去除。以喜赫PO嵌段FMEE为主体成分，通过复配溶剂乙二醇叔丁醚、乳化剂1308、渗透剂伯烷基磺酸钠获得深层乳化、防回沾性能均衡的皮革脱脂剂，通过实验确定了喜赫PO嵌段FMEE、乙二醇叔丁醚、1308、喜赫伯烷基磺酸钠的比例为3:1:1:1，不仅能够去除皮革表面的油脂，更能够渗透入纤维内部，溶胀胶原纤维束，深层清洗皮革内部油脂和聚集的金属皂。 关键词：PO封端；喜赫FMEE；深层乳化；防回沾；脱脂剂；喜赫 Application of FMEE end-capped with PO in the deeply leather degreasing process WANG Chen Shanghai Xihe Fine Chemical Co. ,Ltd, Shanghai ,201620,China Degreasing process is one of the most important process in leather manufacture. The leather degreasing agent not only removes the oil from the leather surface, but also removes the oil from the sebaceous glands of the collagen fibrils and the fatty acid metal soap deposited on the fiber. The PO end-capping Fatty acid methyl Ester ethoxylates was used as the main component of the degreasing agent, and the deeply emulsifying and anti-staining leather degreasing agent was obtained by compounding solvent ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether, emulsifier 1308 and primary-alkyl sulfonate, the ratio of PO end-capping FMEE, ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether, 1308 and primary-alkyl sulfonate is 3:1:1:1, which can remove the oil on the leather surface and penetrate into the collagen fibrils, The degreasing agent can swell the fiber bundles and deeply clean the grease of leather.
