消费者权益保护的现状与对策分析 内 容 摘 要 近年来我国市场经济不断地发展成熟，消费者和经营者的关系也变得更加具 有复杂性和多样性，双方常在利益冲突的两端，消费者的权益时常受到侵害。消 费者保护问题已成为一个关键性的问题，值得研究者经常关注。本文采取了文献 法和调查法等研究方法，对目前我国消费者保护的现状和研究状况进行了阐述， 并分析出目前我国消费者权益保护存在着，权益保护意识与实践起步晚、保护范 围未及时纳入新生对象、行政干预不到位、权益维护途径不够清晰、相关法律法 规不够健全等问题。在此基础上，通过结合资料和平时的调查，提出了加强消费 者权益保护法律法规宣传、及时调整权益保护范围、整合相关行政部门加大保护 力度、简化保护程序清晰保护途径、完善消费者保护法律法规等较强保护的对策。 本研究为消费者保护问题的研究拓展了空间、丰富了内容，其具体保护措施对完 善消费者保护有一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：消费者；权益保护；对策 I Analysis on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Protection of the Consumers Rights and Interests Abstracts In recent years, with the continuous development and maturity of Chinas market economy, the relationship between consumers and operators has also changed. It has to be more complex and diverse, and the two sides are often at both ends of the conflict of interest, the rights and interests of consumers often infringed upon. The problem of consumer protection has become a key issue, which is worth studying. This paper adopts some research methods, such as textual research and investigation, to analyze the consumers in our country at present. It expounds the present situation and research situation of protection, analyzes the protection of consumers rights and interests in our country and finds out some problems such as: the consciousness and practice of rights and interests protection started late, the scope of protection was not included in the new objects in time,the administrative intervention is not in place, the ways to safeguard rights and interests are not clear enough, and the relevant laws and regulations are not sound enough.
