一、 系统概述
A 公司是一家小型玩具生产企业,专门制造可组装型的玩具,对玩具的部件
生产检验及组装要求极为严格,现根据其中一款主营玩具 X 的流程进行模拟仿真,
在 X 玩具的制作流程中有一个对玩具基础部件的检验入库过程和一个对玩具的
组装包装出库过程。
1. 部件检验入库
玩具 X 由3 种部件组装而成,在对原料进行加工后产生的 3 种部件 A、B、C
进行检验,不合格的回收重新加工,合格的输送到暂存区进行分类后入库。
2. 组装出库
在收到顾客订单后,需要对部件进行加工组装,组装完毕后进行质量检验,
检验不合格的回收,合格的最后通过包装区进行包装,包装完成后进入暂存区等
待出库。
