In order to effectively improve their own operating efficiency, the accounting of their own interests related content is no longer limited to the surface content, but began to apply the theory of monetary time value to measure the value level of each financial module, and to find the most scientific and reasonable scheme investment financing, thus bringing positive impact to the construction of enterprise financial management system. In an efficient management system, every information can be reflected to every relevant department in a timely manner, so that it can fully understand the actual operation of the enterprise and formulate appropriate programmes to promote the development of the enterprise Therefore, this paper starts with introducing the theory of money value, through analyzing the application of money time value in the enterprise investment decision, finds out t
