摘 要 传统的零部件组装单元生产线各操作机台进度不一致，相互之间调度不够充 分，造成部分机台生产的零部件积压严重，导致整条生产线在部分时段存在效率 低下的弊端。本课题结合宁波拓普集团股份有限公司变速箱悬置 1832/1833 零部 件组装单元生产线电气化改造项目，基于组装单元的单件流电气控制技术进行深 入的研究。 本课题深入分析了单件流电气控制发展的技术背景和国内外对这一领域的研 究现状，系统论述了本课题研究的目的和意义。 本课题介绍了基于组装单元单件流电气系统控制设计的总体方案，从生产模 式、警示功能、人机交互、人身防护这 4 个基本功能出发，深入剖析了整个组装 单元生产线的电气化改造需求，并简要概述了组装单元生产线电气化改造方案的 注意事项。 本课题围绕组装单元生产线硬件系统设计展开阐述，详细介绍了可编程逻辑 器件 PLC 发展历史，三菱 FX3U-48MR/ES(-A)型号 PLC 性能指标和 PLC 控制系 统互联方案，并对 PLC 供电系统、人机交互 LCD 和预警、保护模块、喷码模块 进行系统阐述。系统介绍了组装单元系统软件设计思想和现场调试经验、案例， 如三菱 GX Works2 编程环境、初始化程序、主程序控制流程等。 由于资源投入和时间周期限制，升级改造后的自动化生产线还有若干设计缺 陷，需要在后续研发周期内进一步完善。 关键词　单件流 组装单元生产线 可编程逻辑控制器件 PLC i Abstract In the traditional parts assembly unit production line, the operating machine schedule is not consistent and the scheduling is not sufficient, which results in a serious backlog of parts produced by some machines, resulting in low efficiency of the whole production line in some periods. Combined with the electrification transformation project of gearbox suspension 1832/1833 parts assembly unit production line of ningbo tuopu group co., LTD., this project conducted in-depth research on the single-piece flow electrical control technology of assembly unit. This paper deeply analyzes the technical background of the development of single piece flow electrical control and the research status of this field at home and abroad. This topic is introduced based on assembly unit piece flow on the overall scheme of the electric control system design, from production mode, warning function, human-computer interaction, personal protective the four basic functions, the electrification transformation of the production line for the entire unit with the demand, and a brief overview of the assembled unit production line electrification reconstruction scheme of matters needing attention.
