摘 要 在白车身的制造过程中，为将组成白车身的各构件连接在一起，需要进行焊接加工。 为了保证各构件之间的连接强度，同时尽可能提升生产效率，采用激光飞行焊技术。进 行激光焊接加工的场所为激光房。本文对激光房用自动门的设计过程与运行方式进行了 说明。在一开始列出了激光房用自动门的工作条件。基于此工作条件开展自动门的设计 工作。门板的设计方面，主要工作为确定门板的尺寸与材料，计算门板的质量，为以下 的设计打好基础。控制部分的设计方面，主要工作为通过分析工作环境的要求，确定了 控制方式为气动控制，选定了合适的执行机构，气缸的型号；设计了气动控制回路，并 选择了回路内的关键部件的型号，说明了选择的理由。安装部分的设计方面，首先制定 了将门板和控制系统的执行部件连接在一起的方案，满足了气缸活塞与门板同步运动的 设计要求。之后设计了将承重导柱安装在激光房钢结构上的方案。由于门的质量由导柱 承受，故对导柱进行了强度校核。为防止导柱磨损失效，结合上述强度校核结果，选定 了制造导柱的基体材料；并制定了相应的表面处理措施。 关键词：激光房、自动门、气动控制系统、承重导柱。 I Abstract During the manufacturing process of body in white, welding process is required to bond the components together. To guarantee the joint strength of the components and enhance the productive efficiency, laser flight welding technology is applied. We conduct laser welding in the laser room. This paper is the illustration of the design procedure and the operation process of the automation door applied in the laser room. First of all, we list the working condition of this automation door and start designing based on above-mentioned condition. As for the design of door sheet, we decide the material and size of the door sheet, and then calculate its mass. As for the design of control system, pneumatic control is chosen as the way of control based on the working condition; the actuator, air cylinder’s type and specification is decided. Then the pneumatic circuit is designed and the type and specification of the components applied in this circuit is decided. As for the design of installation part, to meet the demand of keeping the door sheet and the piston of cylinder moving together, the scheme for bonding the actuator of the control system and door sheet together is made.
