混业经营趋势下我国金融监管模式改革研究.pdf

摘要 混业经营是指金融机构在资本市场上进行各种金融业务的交叉经营，同时 提供科学性的金融服务。中国对外开放的程度不断扩大，金融混业经营的趋势 给我国分业监管模式带来了极大的挑战。本文以我国金融监管模式为研究对象 ，结合我国混业经营的历史和现状，探究我国现行金融监管模式下存在的缺点 与不足，同时研究发达国家金融监管模式改革的历史规律，将其与我国监管模 式进行对比，找出影响混业经营趋势下金融监管模式的主要因素，借鉴国外先 进经验，以便更好地研究混业经营趋势下我国金融监管模式改革。 关键词：混业经营；金融监管；模式改革 I Abstract Mixed operation refers to the cross-operation of various financial services by financial institutions in the capital market, while providing scientific financial services.Chinas opening to the outside world continues to expand, and the financial industry has gradually embarked on the road of mixed operation, which has brought great challenges to Chinas financial separate supervision model. Based on the reform of international advanced financial supervision mode, this paper takes Chinas financial supervision mode under the background of mixed operation as the research object, combines the development history of Chinas financial supervision mode, explores the weak points and shortcomings of Chinas current financial supervision mode, and studies the reform history of financial supervision mode in developed countries, compares it with Chinas supervision mode, and finds out the shortcomings.Learning from foreign advanced experience, in order to better study the reform of Chinas financial supervision mode under the trend of mixed operation.
