PAGE PAGE I PAGE I 摘要:本文设计的机床工作台是可实现双工位互换的工作台，结合相关实际工位互换得实际情况，将双工位互换的工作台的整体结构划分为互换机构和工作台的设计，满足实际用户的加工急需，进而解决了频繁换件造成劳动强度大效率低的问题。根据互换的使用工况，对该类型机床工作台的整体方案进行了设计。该双工位互换结构设计分为两大设计，工作台结构部分的设计，互换的结构的设计。针对结构和数据同时也做了一定的建模模拟，用于辅助设计和选型，其最终得出的结构和选型设计稳定可靠。 关键词：工作台；互换；结构设计 PAGE PAGE II Abstract:The machine tool table designed in this paper is a table which can realize the exchange of two working positions. Combined with the actual situation of the exchange of the relevant actual working positions, the overall structure of the table is divided into the exchange mechanism and the design of the working table, which can meet the processing needs of the actual users, and then solve the problem of high labor intensity and low efficiency caused by frequent exchange of parts. According to the interchangeable working conditions, the overall scheme of the machine tool table is designed. The structure design of the two position interchange is divided into two parts: the design of the structure part of the worktable and the design of the interchange structure. At the same time, some modeling and simulation are done for the structure and data, which are used to assist the design and selection. The final structure and selection design are stable and reliable.
