摘 要 随着图像处理技术在电子信息领域的逐渐成熟，人们生活水平的不断提高，小区住 宅安全也变得越来越重要，人们对监控系统的需求也逐渐提高，高效率、高质量的视频 监控系统也将成为人们住宅安全的重要保障。 为了满足住宅小区居民用户的需求，本文提出了基于 ARM 的住宅监控系统，通过 使用嵌入式技术对视频监控进行了优化。传统的监控系统不能实现服务器远程监控，只 能现场观看实时视频数据，本设计摆脱了传统的束缚，使用了 udp 协议网络传输，将实 时视频数据传输到 QT 服务器，使得用户不用在家也能实时了解到家里的情况，生活更 安稳舒适。此外，本设计还使用了 A53 处理器，摄像头采集的视频数据又通过 x64 进行 压缩，使视频传输速率更快、效率更高。 关键词：监控系统 ARM QT 服务器 摄像头 I ABSTRACT With the gradual maturity of image processing technology in the field of electronic information and the continuous improvement of peoples living standards, residential security has become increasingly important, and peoples demand for monitoring systems has gradually increased. High-efficiency and high-quality video surveillance systems will also become an important guarantee for peoples residential security. In order to meet the needs of residential users, this paper proposes a residential monitoring system based on ARM, and optimizes the video monitoring by using embedded technology. Traditional monitoring system can not realize remote transmission of servers, but can only watch real-time video data on the spot. This design breaks away from the traditional constraints and uses UDP protocol network transmission to transmit real-time video data to the QT server, so that users can know the situation at home in real time without having to stay at home, and their lives are more stable and comfortable. In addition, the design also uses A53 processor, and the video data collected by the camera is compressed by x64, which makes the video transmission rate faster and more efficient.
