摘 要 库存是连锁超市里最重要的流动资产，同时也是最复杂而且最难管理的资产 ，连锁超市运行的好离不开一套好的库存管理制度，它可以很好地提高连锁超市 的市场竞争力，使之超越竞争对手，从而提高连锁超市的信誉度以及顾客认可度 ，更能增加连锁超市的营业利润。 面对竞争压力，连锁超市的库存管理分析已刻不容缓，本文以宜宾万家福连 锁超市为例，对其配送中心库存管理进行了详细分析，旨在分析万家福连锁超市 在库存管理方面存在的问题。最后，提出相应建议。通过对万家福连锁超市库存 管理分析，可以对整个连锁超市行业库存管理的完善与改革提供一定的参考，为 行业快速稳健的发展做好准备工作，具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。 关键词:万家福连锁超市；配送中心；库存管理 ABSTRACT Inventory is the most important assets in the supermarket chain, is also the most complex and most difficult to manage assets, supermarket chain run well cannot do without a good inventory management system, it can greatly improve the market competitiveness of the supermarket chain, beyond the competitors, so as to improve the supermarket chain credibility and customer acceptance, but also increase the supermarket chain operating profit.
