宜兴市农村小学体育教师专业
发展的困境与对策
摘 要
体育新课程改革要求体育教师在课堂上从原先的主体地位转变到主导地位,为充分
发挥学生自主、合作、探究的能力,体育新课程背景下对于农村小学体育教师提出
更高的要求。运用文献资料法、问卷调查发法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对
无锡市宜兴农村小学体育教师专业发展的困境进行分析,发现农村小学体育教师在
专业发展过程中存在科学研究能力差、培训机会少等问题,提出农村小学体育教师
专业发展的对策,为提高农村小学体育教师专业素质提供理论参考。

Difficulties and countermeasures of professional
development of physical education teachers in
rural primary schools in Yixing city
Abstract
New physical education curriculum reform requires teachers in the classroom from the
original main body position change to the leading position, in order to give full play to
students autonomy, cooperation and inquiry ability, physical education under the
background of the new curriculum in rural primary school physical education teachers put
forward higher requirements. Using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method,
interview method, mathematical statistics and other research methods to study Wuxi city
Yixing rural primary school physical education teachers professional development
dilemma, found that rural primary school physical education teachers in scientific research
ability in the process of professional development, less training opportunities and other
problems, put forward countermeasures of professional development of PE teachers in
rural areas primary school, to improve the professional quality of primary school teachers
in rural areas and provide a theoretical reference.
