预制轨道小立柱施工技术总结 摘要：随着社会经济的快速发展，城市化进程加速，城市的功能逐渐完善。城市轨道交通已经成为了城市快速发展的必要组成部分，各城市间地铁、城铁已纵横交错，发展迅速。车辆段是地铁、城铁行车系统重要的单位之一，主要负责列车车辆（不包含机头）的运营、整备、检修等工作。同时也是城市轨道交通系统（地铁、城市轻轨）中对车辆进行运营管理、停放及维修、保养的场所。柱式检修地沟作为车辆段内列车静调、吹扫、临修、周月检等的主要构筑物，其施工技术还需要不断优化、改进。本文主要阐述地铁、城铁车辆段内柱式检修地沟预制轨道小立柱从预制到施工的技术总结，希望能够对后续地铁车辆段的施工有所帮助。 ? ? ? ? 关键词：车辆段；柱式检修地沟；现浇短柱；预制轨道小立柱；钢制短柱；施工技术总结 ? ? ? ? Improvement of Construction Technology of Short Column of Bullet Inspection Pit in Depot ? ? ? ? 【Summary】With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization，the functions of cities are gradually improved.Urban rail transit has become a necessary part of the rapid development of the city.The subway and urban rail have crisscross and developed rapidly.The depot is one of the important units of the train operation system of Metro and urban rail，which is mainly responsible for the operation，servicing and maintenance of the train（excluding the locomotive head）.At the same time，it is also a place for operation management，parking and maintenance of vehicles in urban rail transit system（Metro，urban light rail）.As the main structure of train static adjustment，purging，temporary repair，weekly and monthly inspection in the depot，the construction technology of column maintenance trench needs continuous optimization and improvement.This paper mainly expounds the technical summary from prefabrication to construction of the small column of the prefabricated track for the column type maintenance trench in the metro and urban rail depot，hoping to be helpful for the construction of the subsequent Metro Depot. ? ? ? ? 【Keywords】：Depot；Column maintenance trench；Cast-in-place short column；Prefabricated track small column；Steel short column；Construction technology summary? ? ? ? ?? ? ? ? ?? 1 工程基本概况 ? ? ? ? 杭海城际铁路盐官车辆段围墙内功能用地约23.58公顷，红线用地约28.03公顷，东西长约1689m，南北宽约385m。车辆段内的运用库柱式检修地沟短柱共计20条，每条132根；检修库内柱式检修地沟短柱共计4条，每条132根；短柱共计3168根。柱式检修地沟是预应力管桩+筏板基础，筏板厚500mm，筏板钢筋为双层双向C16@150。短柱的底部设置纵向350mm宽的梁作为检查地沟的侧壁。短柱的截面设计尺寸为350mm
