摘要 美国退出《跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》（简称：TPP）后，余下 11 国在日本的牵头下于2018 年 1 月达成《跨太平洋伙伴全面进展协定》（简称：CPTPP）。在CPTPP 背景下，中国要发展 服务贸易必须密切关注 CPTPP 的高标准要求。 本文在对 CPTPP 背景、相关理论及特点的总结基础上，着重研究了中国服务贸易的发展现 状及问题，以及 CPTPP 给中国服务贸易带来的双重影响，并有针对性地探索应对策略。以期通 过这一研宄为中国的服务贸易发展战略的制定提供参照。 关键词: CPTPP 服务贸易 双重影响 2 Abstract America out of the trans-pacific partnership agreement (hereinafter referred to as: the TPP), the remaining 11 countries under the lead of Japan in January 2018, reach the trans-pacific partnership comprehensive progress agreement (hereinafter referred to as: CPTPP).
