PAGE 1 PAGE 1 CC6407 CC6407 5V/12V 300mA 单线圈霍尔驱动芯片（带电源反接保护功能） General Description CC6407 is a one-chip solution for driving single-coil DC brushless fans and motors，which is fabricated with innovative high voltage BiCMOS process. The IC includes high sensitivity hall sensor, chopper stabilized amplifier, dynamic offset cancellation, thermal protection, low voltage drop active reverse battery protection and a low RDSOfuNll bridge driver. With the benefit of the advanced process, the chip consumed power is very low, just only 2.5mA, much smaller than the drivers fabricated with bipolar process. Its robustness perfectly suits for consumer applications. Comparing to the traditional single coil fan drivers, the patent pending innovative active reverse battery protection structure makes CC6407 needs no external components, gets larger operation range and reduces the fan cost. CC6407 is available in TO-94 package. The operation temperature range is -40~105°C.
