足部护理对糖尿病周围神经病变患者下肢神经传导速度及症状的影 响 目的分析足部护理对糖尿病周围神经病变（DNP ）患者临床症状和下肢神 经传导速度影响。方法 选取2015 年12 月—2017 年12 月间在该院接受治疗DPN 患者96 例，随机数字表法将其分成两组，对照组（48 例）行常规护理，观察组 （48 例）在对照组基础上行足部护理；观察护理前后患者胫后神经与腓神经传 导速度改变状况、临床治疗效果状况。结果 护理后观察组患者胫后神经与腓神 经传导速度较护理前、对照组显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05 ）；观察组 患者总的有效率为91.67% ，高于对照组的70.83% ，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05 ）。 结论 足部护理可显著改善 DNP 患者下肢神经传导速度及相关临床症状，效果显 著。 标签： 糖尿病周围神经病变；足部护理；下肢神经传导速度 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of foot nursing on the nerve conduction of the lower extremities rate and symptoms of patients with diabetic neuropathy. Methods 96 cases of DPN patients treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected ， and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each ，the control group used the routine nursing ，while the observation group used the foot nursing on the basis of the control group ， and the changes of conduction velocity of the posterior tibial nerve and the peroneal nerve and clinical treatment effect of patients before and after nursing were observed. Results After nursing ， the conduction velocity of the posterior tibial nerve and the peroneal nerve of patients in the observation group obviously increased compared with that before nursing， and the difference was statistically significant （P ＜0.05 ）， and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （91.67% vs 70.83% ）， and the difference was statistically significant （P ＜0.05 ）. Conclusion The foot nursing can obviously improve the nerve conduction velocity of lower extremity and related clinical symptoms of DNP patients ， and the effect is obvious.
