◆Step 1 Leading
1.Show pictures with some people.(见课件)
2.Teacher discusses the pictures with students.
A:What does he/she look like?
B:He is tall./He h as short hair.
3.Ask several students to show their conversations.
4.Ask students to read the new words after the teacher.
◆Step 2 Work on 1a
Ask students to match the words with the people in the picture in 1a.
◆Step 3 Listening 1b
Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks in the picture in 1a.(见课件)
◆Step 4 Work on 1c
One of the people in 1a is your friend.Describe your friend.Let your partner find him/her.
A:What does your friend look like?
B:She’s of medium h eight,and she has long straight hair.

Listen and answer the questions in 2a.(见课件)
