Hero in my heart Tu Youyou is a Chinese Nobel Prize winner for Physiology or Medicine. Her discovery of artemisinin (青蒿素) , a crucial new treatment for malaria, has led to improved health for millions of people.Its beyond imagination what difficulties she had doing her experiments.To discover the substance that shows promise in the fight against malaria, she and her group did tremendous work, reviewing over 2,000 ancient medical texts, evaluating thousands of plants, and testing hundreds of distinct Chinese medical treatment. While extracting the substance, they also got stuck . However, Tu kept on ,adjusted the way and made it , having failed over 190 times. Inspired by her perseverance , commitment and patience , Ill do my utmost to overcome obstacles in study and become a person of value.
