应用文——建议信 一．课前预习： 1.定义：建议信是向别人提出合理的建议，希望对方接受自己的想法、主张，解决有关问题的信件。建议信有可能是写给个人，也有可能是写给某个组织或机构。 2.语言风格：语气上礼貌、顾及对方感受, 语言上简洁明确、理由充足，第二人称为主。 3.格式：称呼（首行顶格）；署名，时间（右下） 4.时态：一般现在时或一般将来时为主 5.结构：一般分三部分：（1）开头部分：问题介绍； （2）主体部分：提出建议； （3）结尾部分：表达愿望。 6.常用句式： 第一段：问题介绍 I am sorry to hear that ... There are some tips for you. In my opinion, it would be wise of you to take the following measures. Learning that you are ..., I am writing to give you some useful suggestions on how to ... I know you have trouble in ... after reading your letter, so I’d like to give you some advice. I have received your letter saying that ... It is my pleasure to offer you some advice on ... You have asked my for my advice with regard to...and I will try to make some constructive suggestions. 第二段：提出建议 May I suggest that...? If I were you, I would... I would like to put forward the suggestion that... 10.I think it would be more beneficial if you could... 11.When it comes to such a situation, I would like to suggest that... 第三段：表达愿望 I will be more than glad to see your improvement in this regard. I would be ready to discuss this matter with you into further details. Your kind consideration of my suggestions will be highly appreciated.
