本科生毕业设计(论文) (2022届) 设计(论文)题目 三通管接头注塑模具设计 三通管接头注塑模具设计 摘 要:本文主要对成型三通管接头的注射模具内主要结构进行设计计算的过程进行了阐述,通过分析三通管接头工艺性及其精确度的要求,对注射成形工艺技术作出合理的分析,而塑件尺度的成形制造性包括了塑件的壁厚、表面粗糙度及其尺寸准确度。并通过对塑件尺度的加工工艺分析,来明确注射成形的工艺参数、注塑机以及明确了模具的分型面,浇注系统,型腔数量和布置方式等设计。选择模架优先于选择标准模架。在分析和计算塑料零件的尺寸后,注塑机的型号为HTF160,并选择最大截面作为分型面。计算成型零件的型腔与型芯的尺寸,并设计。温度调节系统设计的是冷却系统。本设计使用点浇口的方案,是由于要三通管要采用一模两腔。这种设计需要侧向抽芯机构,本次设计采用最为常用的斜导柱滑块抽芯机构,采用分型面和推杆缝隙排气而没有单独开设排气系统,脱模机构采用了推杆元件。综上所述来完成本次设计。 关键词:注塑模具设计;一模两腔;注塑机;三通管接头 Design of injection mold for tee joint Mechanical engineering class 1801 Wei Xin Instructor: Wu XiaoTao Abstract:This paper mainly expounds the design and calculation process of the main structure of the injection mold for forming the tee pipe joint.
