本科毕业设计(论文) 题目:台灯罩注塑模具设计与型腔仿真加工 2018年 6月 PAGE PAGE 1 台灯罩注塑模具设计与型腔仿真加工 摘 要 台灯是人们生活中用来照明的一种常用的电器,而台灯罩是台灯中的一个组件,常用ABS塑料作为其材料,台灯灯罩常用注塑模具的方式进行生产。本文以台灯灯罩为例,根据台灯罩的材料特性和结构形状,对台灯罩进行工艺性分析,利用UG软件对台灯罩进行三维建模,根据三维模型的结构设计注塑模具,设计合适的分型面、拔模斜度、镶块和抽芯机构,选择合适的模架。运用Moldflow分析软件对台灯罩的最佳浇口位置进行分析,结合塑料熔体在模具腔体内温度场、应力场成型缺陷等分析结果,得出最佳浇注系统方案和冷却系统方案。根据模具中的型芯、型腔结构,利用UG NX的CAE模块完成型腔的粗、精加工数控编程和后置处理。利用几何仿真完成切削轨迹运动仿真和虚拟切削,将UG软件与实际加工完美相结合。本模具采用一模两腔,即一次成型两个组件。 关键词:台灯罩;模具;UG;Moldflow;仿真加工 PAGE PAGE 2 Injection mold design and cavity simulation processing of table lamp cover Abstract The lamp is a common appliance used in peoples life to illuminate, and the lampshade is a component in the table lamp. The ABS plastic is used as its material, and the lamp shade of the table lamp is used in the injection mold. Taking the lamp shade of table lamp as an example, based on the material characteristics and structure shape of the platform lampshade, the process analysis of the desk lamp cover is carried out. The UG software is used to build the 3D modeling of the desk lamp cover, and the injection mold is designed according to the structure of the 3D model, and the suitable mold surface, the drawing slope, the insert and the core pulling mechanism are designed, and the suitable mold frame is selected. The best gate position of the lampshade is analyzed with Moldflow analysis software. The optimum pouring system scheme and the cooling system plan are obtained by combining the analysis results of the plastic melt in the temperature field of the mold cavity and the forming defects in the stress field. According to the core and cavity structure of the die, the CAE module of UG NX is used to finish the NC programming and post processing of the rough and finish machining of the cavity. The simulation of cutting path motion and virtual cutting is accomplished by geometric simulation. Combine the UG software with the actual processing.This mold uses one mold two cavities, namely once the molding two components.
