PAGE 5  铁链垫片冲压模具设计 摘 要 本篇课题是对铁链垫片模具的研究，首先对工件的材料、结构以及精度进行分析。材料方面，工件选用08F钢做为生产材料。结构方面工件外形椭圆左右对称件，厚度为0.6mm, 精度方面，尺寸要求并不高但对制件的飞边高度控制在0.03mm以内，通过对铁链垫片分析，工件有冲孔和落料2个工序，两次落料。综上所述我们可选用连续模或者复合模来对铁链垫片零件生产。 本设计运用冲压成型工艺及模具设计的基础知识，首先分析了工件的工艺及模具成形结构对制件质量的影响。介绍了垫板冲压模具设计时要注意的要点，通过对制件进行工艺分析，可确定制件的成形加工用一套连续模即可。从控制制件尺寸精度出发，对垫板冲压模具的各主要尺寸进行了理论计算，以确定各工作零件的尺寸，从模具设计到零部件的加工工艺以及装配工艺等进行详细的阐述，并应用UG CAD进行各重要零件的设计。 关键词：连续模；铁链垫片；工艺分析 PAGE PAGE 5 Design of Progressive Die for cylinder parts Abstract This topic is to study the die of chain gasket. Firstly, the material, structure and precision of the workpiece are analyzed. In terms of materials, 08F steel is selected as the production material. In terms of structure, the shape of the workpiece is elliptical and symmetrical, with a thickness of 0.6mm. In terms of accuracy, the size requirement is not high, but the flash height of the workpiece is controlled within 0.03mm. Through the analysis of the iron chain gasket, the workpiece has two processes: punching and blanking, with two blanking. To sum up, we can choose continuous die or compound die to produce iron chain gasket parts. In this design, the basic knowledge of stamping process and die design is used. Firstly, the influence of workpiece process and die structure on part quality is analyzed. This paper introduces the key points to be paid attention to in the design of the stamping die for the base plate. Through the technological analysis of the parts, it can be determined that a set of continuous die can be used for the forming and processing of the parts. Starting from the control of the dimensional accuracy of the parts, the theoretical calculation of the main dimensions of the base plate stamping die is carried out to determine the dimensions of the working parts. The detailed description is made from the die design to the processing technology and assembly technology of the parts, and the design of the important parts is carried out with UG CAD. Key words:
