【摘要】：随着我国电力建设事业的快速发展，超超临界火电机组、交直流特高压电网、风电集群、第三代核电等一批世界领先技术的引进和工程开工建设，使得我国电力建设面临着前所未有安全生产形势和压力。为了进一步保障我国电力基建安全、关爱生命、促进我国电力建设可持续健康发展，本文通过深入学习实践科学发展观活动，结合我国电力工程建设领域及与其配套的电力施工技术、装备所历经的发展路程，并选择电源与电网建设工程应用中各自一个典型科技创新实例，说明了安全生产对电力工程建设的重要性和必要性，阐述了科技创新为电力基建安全生产提供的技术支撑和夯实了基础、对电力基本建设安全的重要保障作用。同时，结合科技创新与科技成果的产业化，充分论述了科研与产业的互动互促、交融发展，对提升我国电力建设安全、健康、可持续发展的重要意义。【关键词】：科学发展 液压承载装备 特高压电网 组塔专用塔机[Abstract]：With the rapid development of electric power construction, the introduction of a lot of world leading technologies and engineering construction, such as ultra-supercriticalthermal power units, AC and DC extra-high voltage power grid, wind power clusters, andthe third-generation nuclear power, leads to that our country power construction is facingunprecedented safety production situation and pressure.
