成都市某科研办公楼空调系统设计
摘要
本工程为成都市某科研办公楼空调系统设计,总建筑面积为9745m2。地上共五层,各层层高:一层为5m;二至五层为4m,总高度为21m。其中有展览室、办公室、更衣室等,总空调面积7210.19 m2。
根据该工程所处的地理位置,采用冷负荷系数法详细计算逐时冷负荷,并结合工程实际情况,从高效节能,环境保护等方面加以考虑合理选择冷热源。根据房间不同功能合理采用风机盘管加独立新风系统或全空气系统,风机盘管的新风处理到室内空气焓点,送入风机盘管风机出口,与经风机盘管处理后的室内回风混合后再送入室内,以达到很好的效果。对于空调的水系统和风系统全部采用假定流速法计算,采用鸿业水力计算软件进行计算。空调冷冻水系统的水管设计与采暖管路基本相同,管路要设立坡度以排除系统中空气,水系统应设定压装置,对于湿工况运行的风机盘管,设凝水排放管路。

THE AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM DESIGN OF A RESEARCH BUILDING IN CHENGDU
Abstract
This project is about the design of the air-conditioning system of a research building in chengdu city, this building total floor is space 9745m2 ,the first floor height is 5m ,from two floor to five floor the height is 4m, and the total height is 21m. this building is composed by Exhibition Room、office、changing room and so on. According to the geographical position project, the cold load coefficient method is adopted to calculate timing cold load. The water chilling unit for cold source is chosen by considering engineering practical situation, energy conservation, environmental protection. According to the room function, the fresh air adding fan-coil system or all air system is used. In order to form good performance, the outdoor air is handled to enthalpy point of indoor air, and enters the fan outlet of fan-coil, and is mixed up with return air which was handled by fan-coil, and is sent into the room finally. Consumed velocity method is employed in the calculation of hydraulic and air system. Honye software is adopted. The chill water pipe design of the air conditioning is similar with the design of the heating water system. Gradient should be set up to exclude air from system, and set pressure device for the hydraulic system should be installed. For the humid behavior of fan-coil, coagulate water discharge pipeline should also be installed.
