PAGE 8   A design of home interconnection control system based on Raspberry Pi ABSTRACT   Aiming at the problems of single control method of traditional home system, fixed control position, weak feedback ability, poor scalability, etc., a home interconnection control system based on Raspberry Pi microcomputer is proposed and designed. The system uses the Raspberry Pi microcomputer as the core of data processing, command control, and user interaction terminal. With multi-sensor hardware construction and multi-process concurrent Python programs, functions such as face recognition, voice recognition, furniture status and environmental parameter display, terminal UI and voice control, furniture automatic sensing operation, and remote safety reminders are realized. The deployment of this program is conducive to improving living standards and improving the convenience of life. Experimental results show that the system is reasonable in design, reliable, and easy to expand.   KEYWORDS: smart home; Raspberry Pi; Internet of Things; home controller 0 INTRODUCTION   The development of embedded technology and the introduction and practice of the concept of the Internet of Things make it possible to establish connections between home appliances, form functional linkages, or control specific home appliances without being in a specific location. [1] Smart home is a technology that aims to make home residents easier to manage their home appliance [2], such as the control of lights, fans, doors, etc on same device. The proportion of groups that need and hope that smart homes are used at home is very large. [3] However, the mainstream smart home products on the market today mostly define and develop a single product pair, and a more complete set of smart home systems has a higher threshold for ordinary users.
