优秀 CIP 项目奖励机制及季度发布会指引
PURPOSE (目的):
By setting up an award system and regulating periodical excellent CIP project presentation meeting to encourage all company’s employees to participate in continuous improvement activity ,spread out continuous improvement culture, as well as share good improvement achievement experience within company.
通过建立一套奖励机制及规范优秀改善项目定期的发布会来鼓励全公司员工积极参与持续改善活动,宣传持续改善文 化,分享改善成果及经验。
SCOPE (范围):
RESPONSIBILITY (责任):
CIP department(持续改善部)
Be responsible for all related actions and process about excellent CIP and Kaizen events selection.
对所有优秀持续改善和快速改善项目选择有关的行动和过程负责。
Be responsible for choosing excellent CIP projects, reviewing and evaluating projects with CIP steering group.
负责推选优秀的持续改善项目,并与持续改善推进委员会一起进行审核和评定。
Be responsible to confirm meeting time, location and prepare appraisal rules.
负责确定发布会时间,地点及制定评比细则。
Be responsible to coordinate with project leaders to finish speech report in time and hold the meeting.
负责协调项目负责人及时完成讲演报告并主持发布会。
Be responsible to apply for prize and distribute to project team according to current project encouragement rules.
负责根据现行的奖励办法申请奖金并发放到项目团队。
Be responsible to nominate yearly excellent CIP projects for selection.
负责审核及提供年度优秀项目候选。
Local CIP steering group(持续改善推进委员会)
Be responsible to final review and approve the excellent CIP project list.
负责最后审核和批准优秀持续改善项目清单。
Be responsible for final reviewing and selecting yearly excellent CIP projects
负责最后审核和选出年度优秀改善项目。
Training department(培训部)
Be responsible for presentation promotion and notification.
负责发布会的宣传和通告。
Be responsible to prepare promotion banner and location.
负责宣传横幅的制作与会场地点的准备。
Be responsible to prepare related diploma for yearly excellent CIP projects.
