一种基于 ITO 的柔性透明超材料吸波器
摘要
本文提出了一种基于 ITO 的柔性透明超材料吸波器,该结构利用高导电的 ITO 纳米线作为相间介质来实现宽带的吸波特性。通过模拟设计和优化,该吸波器的最佳工作频段在 3-15 GHz 之间,达到了较高的吸波性能。此外,由于使用柔性透明衬底和纳米线材料,该吸波器具有出色的柔性和透明性能,可适用于多种应用场景,包括平面展开吸波面、柔性电子器件和窗户等。

Introduction
In recent years, electromagnetic wave absorption materials have
been widely studied and applied in various fields such as radar stealth technology, communication and information security, and electromagnetic interference prevention. Conventional absorbing materials, such as carbon fibers, ferrite, and conductive polymers, have limitations in terms of bandwidth, thickness, weight, and flexibility.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop new materials and structures that can achieve high absorption performance, as well as flexibility and transparency for potential applications in flexible electronic devices and windows.
Recently, studies have shown that metamaterials can exhibit unique electromagnetic properties, such as negative permittivity and permeability, leading to excellent microwave absorption performance. In particular, the use of conductive nanomaterials, such as carbon nanotubes, metallic nanowires, and graphene, has attracted attention due to their high conductivity, flexibility, and tunability.
In this study, we proposed a flexible and transparent metamaterial absorber based on indium tin oxide (ITO) nanowires. The proposed structure exhibits a wide absorption band from 3 to 15 GHz with excellent absorption performance.
Materials and methods
The proposed metamaterial absorber consists of three layers: a flexible transparent substrate, a dielectric spacer layer, and a patterned ITO nanowire layer. The flexible substrate is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film with a thickness of 50 μm. The dielectric spacer layer is 2-μm-thick polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film, which is spin- coated on the PET film. ITO nanowires are then deposited on the PVA layer by electron beam evaporation.
