广州站交通枢纽地区交通提升策略 摘要：随着高铁线路引入中心区和旧城更新改造加速，中心区火车站枢纽地 区交通迎来扩容升级的发展机遇，地区交通秩序混乱、运作效率、拥堵严重等问 题可得到缓解。以广州站站改为例分析现状交通问题，遵循提升地区交通承载力 和提高交通运行效率提出“缝合”、“分离”两大交通发展策略，强化枢纽对外 集散能力和地区的交通承载力，以期为中心区城市枢纽地区的改造提供参考。 关键词 高铁线路；中心区；火车站；提升策略 Traffic improvement strategy of Guangzhou railway station transportation hub area Lihua Addr. Guangzhou transportation planning and Research Institute, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, 510000 Abstract : with the introduction of high-speed rail lines into the central area and the acceleration of the renewal and transformation of the old city, the traffic in the railway station hub area of the central area ushers in the development opportunity of capacity expansion and upgrading, and the problems such as regional traffic disorder, operation efficiency and serious congestion can be alleviated. Taking the reconstruction of Guangzhou railway station as an example, this paper analyzes the current traffic problems, follows the improvement of regional traffic carrying capacity and traffic operation efficiency, puts forward two traffic development strategies of suture and separation, and strengthens the hubs external distribution capacity and regional traffic carrying capacity, so as to provide reference for the reconstruction of urban hub areas in the central area. Keywords：High speed railway line; Central area; train station; Promotion strategy 0 引言 中心区火车站枢纽地区是城市重要的交通功能区，承载城市门户功能，汇聚 大量的产业和人口，经过几十年的发展，往往会出现车站运作效率不高、地区交 [1] 通拥堵严重等问题，成为城市的交通黑点 。随着城市的更新发展推进和高铁线 路入中心，中心区火车站枢纽地区交通迎来新的发展机遇。本文以广州站站改为 例，在分析现状问题的基础上，提出地区交通提升发展策略，为中心区火车站枢 纽地区交通提升规划提供参考。 广州火车站始建于 1974 年，曾经是华南地区最大的火车站，现在规模为 4 台 7 线，2019 年日均发送量为 6.9 万人次，春运高峰时段日均发送量高达 17.2 万人次。根据必威体育精装版的规划，广州火车站普线全部迁往白云站，引入京广、广汕、 广湛、贵广、南广、广深港 6 条高铁线路和广清城际、广珠城际、广深城际、广 佛肇 4 条城际线路，规模扩大为 10 台 21 线。由于广州站周边交通复杂且城市开 发成熟，广州站站改和
