Answer questions and/or resolve problems for retail and support center partners. Ensure quality and up-to-date training resources / materials used in different training programs.? ? Working scope includes: ? 1.?????Help to maintain the Learning Management System which is tailored to the Chinese audience. Participate in Global LMS Governance Meeting to continue evolving the System. Keep constant communication with key stakeholders on the status of utilization. Issue monthly newsletter to drive the usage. Provide day-to-day support to the retail and support center partners when there are problems or questions.? 2.?????Partner with Starbucks China University leaders and help them utilize the system to design and deliver training more effectively and efficiently.? 3.?????Drive the usage of the portal by communicating with Regional learning partners, function heads, and targeted users.? 4.?????Conduct regular updates to existing training resources in Starbucks China University and ensure the figures / data used in the training materials are updated.? 5.?????Work with Managers in the team to develop a professional look and feel for all training materials. Produce collateral and training supplies. Provide clear instruction to design companies when they are involved.? 6.?????Help the regional director to manage external vendors and look for opportunity to enhance the training offered in the region.? 7.?????Report training summary and data Analysis in all kinds. 8.?????Regularly maintain and administrate LMS normal operation ?
