含黄原酸及油类有机物废水生物降解的基础研究的中期报告
【摘要】本研究旨在探究含黄原酸及油类有机物废水的生物降解机理及影响因素,以期为废水的治理提供理论依据及技术支持。通过进一步实验观测,发现废水中有机物浓度与生物降解速率呈正相关关系,而温度、pH、DO等因素对降解效果有一定的影响,其中温度对降解效果的影响最为显著。同时,通过初步分析底物的代谢途径和产物的性质,初步揭示了黄原酸及油类有机物降解的可能机理。

【Abstract】The aim of this study is to explore the mechanism and influencing factors of biodegradation of wastewater containing hydroxycinnamic acid and oil organic pollutants, in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for wastewater treatment. Through further experimental observation, it was found that the concentration of organic matter in wastewater was positively correlated with the biodegradation rate, and factors such as temperature, pH, and DO had a certain impact on the degradation effect, among which temperature had the most significant impact on the degradation effect. At the same time, by preliminary analysis of the metabolic pathways of substrates and the properties of products, the possible mechanism of hydroxycinnamic acid and oil organic pollutant degradation was initially revealed.
