拉萨市社区文化建设存在的问题及对策.doc

摘要 摘要 市场经济的不断发展和变化,促进了人民生活质量的逐步提升,各行各业的经营理念也在日趋完善，其中社区文化也正在朝着美好的方向前进着。社区文化建设在城市管理、市民生活、文化提升中发挥着至关重要的作用。随着时间的推移，社会需求不断的发生着变化。现在社区文化在坚持以人为本、以新型工业化为动力的基础上，更加创新出现代化设施才得以全面提升社区文化的质量和水平，走进科学发展、集约高效、功能完善、环境友好、社会和谐、城乡一体相互协调发展的社会文化的建设道路。“社区文化”这一概念最早并非源于我国，通过后期经济的发展和国际文化的交流，社区文化也随其引进我国市场。现阶段，社区文化越来越引起人们的关注，因为社区文化成为了城市现代化和城市文化建设的重要内容，它可以促进社区的现代化水平，提高居民素质，可以满足人民日益增长的交往和参与的需要，对于现代化社会具有不可替代的作用。 文章主要是把拉萨市社区文化作为调研对象，通过调研发现拉萨市在社区文化建设中存在很多不足之处，如：社区文化认识不足、文化参与度不高、缺乏专业团队、社区文化硬件设施不完善和活动单一等问题，并针对不同的问题，提出不同的改进计划和有针对性的建议，能够得以实施，也希望对今后我国西部民族地区在社区文化建设中提供参考价值。 关键词：社区文化；西部地区；文化建设 英文摘要 Abstract Market economy is constantly developing and changing, people’s quality of life is gradually improving, the business philosophy of all walks of life is also improving day by day, community culture is also moving forward in a good direction.
