PAGE PAGE 573 PAGE 574 PAGE 574 中华皮肤科杂志2023 年7 月第56 卷第7 期 Chin J Dermatol, July 2023, Vol. 56, No. 7 ·指南与共识· 中国银屑病诊疗指南（2023 版） 【摘要】 银屑病是个体与环境相互影响诱发的免疫介导的慢性、复发性、炎症性、系统性疾病， 典型临床表现为局限或广泛分布的鳞屑性红斑或斑块，无传染性。银屑病病因涉及遗传、免疫、环境等多种因素。目前银屑病是不可根治性疾病，选择适合患者的治疗药物和方法，对控制病情、减少共病、维持长期疗效、全面提高患者生活质量十分重要。为了规范银屑病诊疗方法，提升诊疗能力，尽 可能减少不良反应的发生，中华医学会皮肤性病学分会银屑病专业委员会制定本指南。本指南在 《中国银屑病诊疗指南（2018 完整版）》的基础上进行补充修订，结合中国实际情况，融合中医诊治银屑病的必威体育精装版研究成果，形成中西医结合的综合诊疗指南。考虑到银屑病的复杂性，治疗方案应根据患者病情个体化制订，轻度以外用治疗为主，中重度应系统治疗，对传统系统药物治疗效果欠佳的患者可选择生物制剂或小分子药物治疗。 【关键词】 银屑病；诊断；治疗；指南 DOI：10.35541/cjdGuideline for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis in China（2023 edition） Committee on Psoriasis, Chinese Society of Dermatology Corresponding author: Zhang Xuejun, Email: \h ayzxj@ 【Abstract】 Psoriasis is an immune ? mediated chronic, recurrent, inflammatory, systemic disease induced by the interaction between the individual and environment. Psoriasis is a non ? communicable disease, its typical clinical manifestations are locally or widely distributed scaly erythema or plaques. The etiology of psoriasis involves heredity, immunity, environment, and other factors. Until now, psoriasis is still an incurable disease. Choosing appropriate drugs and regimens is very important for patients with psoriasis to control the condition, reduce comorbidities, maintain long ? term efficacy, and comprehensively improve the quality of life. To standardize the diagnosis and treatment procedure of psoriasis, improve treatment effectiveness, and minimize adverse reactions, the Committee on Psoriasis of Chinese Society of Dermatology formulated this guideline based on the Guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis in China（2018 complete edition） and according to the current situation in China, with some contents supplemented and revised in this guideline.
