软件工程及应用 课程设计 题 目 采购管理系统 学院（系） 专 业 班 级 姓 名 指导教师 2021 年 12 月 31 日  摘要 随着信息技术的发展和十多年的应用，如今企业资源计划系统所包含的管理思想是非常广泛和深刻的，企业资源计划系统不仅面向供需链，体现精益生产、敏捷制造、同步工程的精神，而且结合全面质量管理以保证质量和客户满意度、结合准时制生产以消除一切无效劳动与浪费、降低库存和缩短交货期；它还结合约束理论来定义供需链上的瓶颈环节、消除制约因素来扩大企业供需链的有效产出。 为了提高仓库管理效率，减轻劳动强度提高，信息处理速度和准确性，本系统主要提供公司计划系统其中的一部分——采购管理系统的各种管理和数据操作。当中包括供应商管理、物品管理、采购订单管理和采购到货管理这四个部分。通过对本软件的使用，公司与采购人员可以十分互动的进行业务交流和处理。无论对于采购物品的了解，采购订单的管理，还是供应商资料的查询选择都能通过简单而直接的操作来完成，大大提高工作效率。从而达到消除一切无效劳动与浪费、消除制约因素来扩大公司供需链的有效产出的目标。 【关键词】采购管理；信息处理；系统  Abstract With the development of information technology and its application for more than ten years, the management ideas contained in the enterprise resource planning system are very extensive and profound.
