SBS 改性沥青现场加工参数优化及性能研究 摘要: 本文以 SBS 改性沥青现场施工为研究对象,通过对不同加工参数的调整和优化来改善沥青混合料的性能。通过对实验室制备和现场施工的沥青混合料进行性能测试,研究得出了不同加工参数下沥青混合料的物理和力学性能表现,并对其原因进行了分析。同时,本文对现场施工中填料温度、SBS 改性沥青的粘度、搅拌时间和质量等关键参数进行了探讨。研究结果表明,适度调整和优化加工参数能够显著改善沥青混合料的物理力学性能,提高其抗水性和耐久性。 关键词: SBS 改性沥青,沥青混合料,加工参数,物理力学性能 Abstract: This paper focuses on the on-site processing and optimization of different parameters in SBS modified asphalt, in order to improve the performance of asphalt mixtures. Through performance testing of laboratory prepared and on-site installed asphalt mixtures, the physical and mechanical properties under different processing parameters were studied, and the reasons were analyzed. At the same time, this paper discusses the key parameters such as filler temperature, viscosity of SBS modified asphalt, mixing time and quality during on-site construction. The research results show that moderate adjustment and optimization of processing parameters can significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures, and enhance their water resistance and durability. Keywords: SBS modified asphalt, asphalt mixture, processing parameters, physical and mechanical properties Introduction SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified asphalt is a widely used asphalt modifying agent that can enhance the performance of traditional asphalt mixtures. The high level of compatibility between SBS and asphalt makes SBS modified asphalt a popular choice for pavement construction, especially for the construction of high-end roads such as highways. However, the use of SBS modified asphalt also poses challenges to on-site processing due to its high viscosity, poor fluidity and low workability. In order to obtain satisfactory performance of SBS modified asphalt, it is necessary to optimize the processing parameters in on-site construction.
