Preparation Activity 1 (1m) T: In module 7, we are going to read a famous fairy story. Do you like fairy stories? Can you tell me some famous fairy stories? Let’s look at the pictures on PPTs. (show them pictures of some famous fairy stories) Do you know these stories? Which one do you like best? Activity 2: T: Do you know the story? (Show them a picture of Alice’s adventures in wonderland and the name of the story. ) Have you ever read the story? Who wrote the story? What is it about? (Ask some of them to tell the main plots of the story. If they can’t tell it in English, they can use Chinese. If most of the students haven’t read the story, play a short video for them to learn about the story. ) Activity 3: T: Do you know them? (Show them some pictures of the characters in the story.
