M联社人力资源成本会计管理研究

摘要

当今世界，经济社会的发展进步日益迅猛，其核心资源就是人力资源，在企业的发展历程中，人的地位不断扩大，俨然已经成为企业经营优劣的胜负手。由此而衍生出来的人力资源成本会计，是全新的学问，囊括了人力资源和会计两个方面的交互成本管理原理，一个良好的人力资源成本会计管理不仅仅可以完善财务会计学和成本会计学的研究体系，还对企业的人力资源和经营成本管理有着极其深远的指导价值，对企业的快速发展将会提供巨大的帮助。本文先是概述了M联社人力资源管理的发展情况，接着指出联社人力资源管理的突出缺点，一方面是人力资源管理观念淡薄，优秀人才流失严重；二是人力资源管理普遍性的重视程度较高，而系统开发关注不够；三是缺乏合理的考核机制，绩效管理、奖优罚劣执行不到位；四是缺乏人才晋升体系，人才培训教育不够。然后根据现实情况指出提升M联社人力资源成本管理的水平。通过研究企业如何在经营实际中降低人力资源管理成本，提升企业利润水平，保证企业的持续健康发展。

Abstract
