档案文化与信息文化关系研究

摘要

档案工作作为记录历史、传承文明的事业，是国家文化软实力建设不可缺少的组成部分。信息文化是信息技术发展的必然结果。信息文化是一种以信息和知识为核心，借助于信息、信息资源和信息技术作用于社会而形成的特定的文化。加强档案文化与信息文化建设,对于推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣具有重要意义。本文就档案文化的概念与功能，档案文化、信息文化的内涵与特征、正确认识档案在文化建设中的重要作用、信息文化对档案文化的影响的定位，分析目前档案文化建设中存在馆藏特色不明显，为文化建设的底蕴不足档案文化缺乏传播途径、对档案文化建设认识、资源体系及安全体系建设的问题等，提出档案文化建设中加强接收征集工作，不断丰富馆藏档案资源、编制档案文化的编研材料，利用现代科技促进传播、提高对档案文化建设重要性的认识、加强档案文化阵地建设等措施。

Abstract

Archivalworkasarecordofhistory,heritageofcivilization,isanindispensablepartofthenationalculturalsoftpowerconstruction.Informationcultureistheinevitableresultofthedevelopmentofinformationtechnology.Informationcultureisakindofspecialculture,whichisbasedoninformationandknowledge,withthehelpofinformation,informationresourcesandinformationtechnology.Itisofgreatsignificancetopromotethedevelopmentandprosperityofsocialistculturebystrengtheningtheconstructionofarchivalcultureandinformationculture.Inthispaper,theconceptandfunctionofarchivesculture,archivescultureandinformationcultureconnotationandfeature,thecorrectunderstandingofarchivesintheculturalconstruction,theimportantroleofinformationcultureonthearchivescultureinfluencepositioning,analysisofthecurrentconstructionofarchivescultureexistsinthecollectionofthecharacteristicisnotobvious,thelackoffoundationfortheculturalconstructionofarchivesculturedisseminationway,thelackofunderstandingoftheconstructionofarchivescultureresourcesystemandthesafetysystemconstructionproblems,putforwardtostrengthentheculturalconstructionofarchivesreceivingcollectionwork,enrichthecollectionofarchivalresources,compilingarchivescultureandresearchmaterials,usingmodernscienceandtechnologytopromotecommunicationandimprovingtheunderstandingoftheimportanceofcultu
