标准化教学在儿科门诊护理教学管理中的应用

摘要：儿科门诊护理教学作为医学教育重要组成部分，涉及的内容诸多。护理工作本身具有特殊性、高风险性，护理难度
更大，对儿科护理人才的要求也更高。因此作为培养护理人才的专业院校，需要实施科学有效的标准化教学模式。本文分析
了儿科门诊护理教学管理中存在的问题，探讨标准化教学在儿科门诊护理教学管理中的具体应用，提出在教学过程中重视理
论与实践的充分结合，以提高护生解决儿科护理实际问题的能力，促进其专业技能和职业素养的提升。

Abstract:Pediatricoutpatientnursingteaching,asanimportantpartofmedicaleducation,involvesalotofcontent.
Nursingworkitselfhasdistinctiveness,highrisk,moredifficultyinnursing,andhigherrequirementsforpediatric
nursingtalents.Therefore,asaprofessionalcollegetotrainnursingtalents,itisnecessarytoimplementascientific
andeffectivestandardizedteachingmode.Thispaperfirstanalyzestheexistingproblemsintheteachingmanagement
ofpediatricoutpatientnursing,anddiscussesthespecificapplicationofstandardizedteachingintheteaching
managementofpediatricoutpatientnursing,andproposesthatthefullcombinationoftheoryandpracticeshouldbe
emphasizedintheteachingprocess,whichisexpectedtoimprovetheabilityofnursingstudentstosolvethepractical
problemsofpediatricnursing,andpromotetheirprofessionalskillsandprofessionalquality.
