    Whenusingspeakersandsubwoofersinasystem,theversionoffirmwareinstalledinallunitsmustbethesame.

    LSR4328P,LSR4326PspeakersproducedafterOctober2006andandLSR4312SPSubwoofersshipwithversion2.0

    orlaterinstalled.LSR4326PandLSR4328PspeakersproducedpriortoOctober2006shipwithfirmwareversion1.1

    installedandtousethesespeakerswithasubwooferorrecentlyproducedLSR4300speakers,thefirmwaremustbe

    updated.Afirmwareupdateapplication,therequiredfiles,andinstallationproceduresareprovidedonaCD-ROM

    suppliedwiththesubwooferalsoinnewLSR4300AccessoryKits,andalsoareavailablefordownloadat

    /lsr.Forspecificinformationaboutthefeaturesofthespecificfirmwareversion,readtheFirmware

    VersionReadMefileassociatedwiththefirmware.

    TodetermineifthefirmwareinassociatedLSR4300speakersrequiresanupdate,determinethefirmwareversion

    currentlyinstalledineachspeakerusingthisprocedure:

    •Removethepowercordfromtheloudspeaker.

    •Reconnectthepowercordtotheloudspeaker.

    •Followingabrief(2second)start-upsequence,thefrontpaneldisplaywillfreezeforapproximately

    5secondswithallbuttonsilluminatedandthefirmwareversiondisplayedonthelevelmeter.

    Thefirmwareversionshouldbereadasfollows:

    •ThenumberofgreenLEDstotheleftofthe-15dBmarkindicatethe1’sdigitofthefirmwareversion.

    •ThenumberofyellowLEDstotherightofthe-15dBmarkindicatethe1/10thsdigitofthefirmwareversion.

    •Forexample.Firmwarev1.1willbedisplayedasfollows:

    -60-30-20-15-10-50

    GREENYELLOW

    •Firmwarev2.2willbedisplayedasfollows:

    -60-30
